• Block Right – martial arts defensive block right

• Block Left – martial arts defensive block left

The dance starts with a “defense” posture, blocking “negatives”.

• Slice Right- martial arts counter right

• Slice Left – martial arts counter left

Remain defensive but counter to protect yourself.

• Back step right

• Back step left

Take a step back to re- access the situation.  Look into your past before going forward. Learn from past challenges.

• Sky right

• Sky left

• Sky right

Cast away the negatives.  Be done with fear.  Look at the brightness or brightside.

• Draw your sword left to right then stand your ground

Draw on your talents or what you are passionate about (the sword is your talents or your passions.)  Then take a stand, stand your ground.

• Praise inward

Be thankful in spirit.  Be true and strong in Faith.  Seek guidance and inspiration.

• Power stance right – boxing stance fists forward, stand your ground

• Power stance left – boxing stance fists forward, stand your ground

Take a stand.  Stand your ground. No more being pushed around.   Don’t let anything get past you.  Your inner strength empowers you to succeed.

• Hold the World – spin right

• Hold the World – spin left

The whole world is now in your hands, make the best of it.  Show the entire World who and what you are.  Using your talents, being passionate about something, having spirit, having faith, seeking guidance, seeking inspiration, stand your ground,  find your inner strength,  empowerment and the World is yours…
